If you have submitted an application online, please do not re-apply.

Vendor space openings are limited, and new vendor applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. We accept on a waiting list-basis only and applications carry over from year to year. Upon acceptance, we will notify you and arrange for payment at that time. Please do not send payment with your application.

All vendors are required to have insurance and review a sample COI. Please note that requirements are subject to change and make sure your insurance COI is in compliance with these requirements. Eastern States Exposition also offers insurance for a cost of $130 (subject to change in June 2025).

Please note: Three-day ACT policies do not meet our requirements. No limit can be listed as “Excluded”.

Intent to participate in the 2025 Fiber Festival may still be juried by Eastern States Exposition and the New England Sheep & Wool Growers Association. Rules for participants are subject to change. Applications can be sent to:
